That was…

NOT a good workout. 15 minutes in I had awkward burning in my stomach/heartburn, and by the end I was so off-beat that I just wanted to quit.

However, I stuck it out! And I’m done with my workout for today. I’m glad I went. 

Off to the gym!

I really, really don’t feel like going to Zumba today, but it is only an hour! After that I will be free for the day and happy that I worked out.

Hungry.

I am absolutely starving, and Brandon had decided that we won’t eat for another hour and a half.

A success

I just had the most delicious donut EVER! I have planned for it for the past week and a half and it was every bit as delicious as I had imagined. Splurge food are delicious when you know it isn’t going to destroy your progress.
